The menu at Inner Guild Club draws from Poland’s deep culinary tradition — honest, ingredient-led, and firmly rooted in the seasons. Our chef does not try to modernise for its own sake. The changes made to classic dishes are there because the dish is better for them.
Beef tartare is hand-cut. The żurek is fermented in-house. The duck is slow-roasted for six hours. These are the kinds of details that do not appear on the menu because they do not need to.
The menu changes with the season, but these dishes appear in one form or another whenever the kitchen deems the ingredients worthy.
Starter

Soup
Slow-fermented rye, smoked kielbasa, hard-boiled egg, fresh marjoram. It takes four days to make. You can tell.
Main Course
Six-hour slow-roasted duck leg, braised red cabbage, potato purée with black truffle butter. Our signature.
Dessert
Light cottage cheese, vanilla, rose jam, almond crumble. Our version of Warsaw’s most beloved dessert.
